How do I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us on hello@eclissetimepiece.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order. Please note if your order has been shipped and we are unable to cancel or change your order immediately, we will contact the courier to have the package shipped back to us, once we have received the package we will process with the cancellation or change of order.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you would like to change your delivery address please contact us on hello@eclissetimepiece.com as soon as possible. Possibly, within 2 hours. 
Once the order has been dispatched, no changes can be made and we are not liable if the package is delivered to the wrong address.  
When will I receive my order?
You should receive your order within 3-5 working days. For express delivery please wait 2-3 working days. Please note that our delivery options may vary due to other factors that are out of our or the courier's control. Kindly note we do not ship out packages on bank holidays. 
When you have placed your order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email and  any information regarding the order process. 
I have not received my order yet?
If you have not yet received your package please track your order with the tracking number provided via email. Otherwise, please contact us on hello@eclissetimepiece.com. 
 
Wrong product has been delivered.
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us on hello@eclissetimepiece.com immediately. We will aim to have this resolved as soon as we can.
Please provide us with the following information:
  • Order number
  • A photo of the product
  • The name of the product you have received
  • The name of the product you did not receive
